Short Term Memberships:
- Month-to-Month
- Recurring Billing Cycle: Short-term memberships run on a monthly recurring billing cycle. Initial prorated payments occur at the time of registration and recurring charges debit on the 1st of each month, according to specified agreements until a membership cancellation is processed.
- 14-Day Cancellation Policy: A 14-day emailed or written notice is required to cancel or terminate any and all memberships. Cancellation is based upon the billing date and will not be prorated. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met.
- Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file, for membership dues, retail purchases or default billing.
- Good Faith Deposit (GFD): A 1-month Good Faith Deposit is required for non-Electronic fund transfer payments made by cash or check. Your GFD is credited to your customer account and applied to the final bill.
- Automatic Renewal: Month-to-month membership renew automatically under the initial terms of your membership until membership cancellation is requested.
- No Refunds: Once a member registers and pays for this membership tier, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
* AGREEMENT TERMS * 3, 6 & 12 Month Term Memberships:
- Recurring Billing Cycle: 3, 6 and 12-month agreements run on a monthly billing cycle on the 1st of the month, exactly as outlined above for the month-to-month agreement.
- 14 Day Cancellation Policy:
- All term memberships require a 14-day written cancellation notice based upon the billing date and will not be prorated. For example, an agreement beginning in January and ending in March, written notice must be turned in by the second week in March billing date. Late cancellation notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met.
- Early Termination: Term memberships are legally binding agreements. Early termination will default the agreement. In such cases members will be charged a mandatory $300 early termination fee.
- Automatic Renewal: Month-to-month membership renew automatically under the initial terms of your membership until membership cancellation is requested.
- Membership Freeze: Members with a 12 month membership can put memberships on hold for a maximum of three billing cycles, or two billing cycles for six-month memberships. Those months are added to the end of the agreement and require 14-day, emailed or written notice to take effect. Holds can be postponed or denied at the box’s discretion or lengthened for unexpected circumstances (i.e serious illness). A doctors’ note, military orders or appropriate documentation is required in order to place your membership on hold. No agreement will be frozen for more than 5 months or past the expiration date. Military exclusions apply.
