We are starting a new challenge tomorrow. Today is prep day to get your mindset ready to conquer the remaining 80 days of 2020. For the next 80 days we are going to challenge you to
do 3 things EVERY SINGLE DAY: 1: Workout OR Run 1 mile 2: Drink 80 ounces of water 3: Do some type of Personal Development If you only work out 3-4 times a week, here is your opportunity to prep yourself for 2021 by moving your body more. This can be yoga, stretching, walking a mile or whatever you have to do to INTENTIONALLY move for 80 days. If you don’t normally drink enough water, practice getting closer to 80 + ounces per day. Personal Development can be reading a book, prayer, quiet time, YouTube educational, learning a new skill, drawing.... anything that focuses on you and how you can improve your mind. Can you imagine what kind of person you would be on Jan 1, 2021 if you spent the next 80 days making yourself a priority? How much stronger physically, mentally and emotionally could you be for you, your family and those around you, if you were at the top of your list. We are going to take the next 80 days and practice changing our mindset. How does your day start? What do you want 2021 to look like? what changes need to happen to reach your personal goals?
