All this will be tested over the next three weeks. At the end of the day, just be you. Give yourself and honest go in the workout. Work hard in your workout, stay humble with your results and leave everything on the deck. Time to put in work. It's Competition TIME!!!! Today we will battle AM against PM in the OPEN 21.1 workout. You pick the level that best represents you, pick your favorite class time and come ready to work hard and cheer on others. THEME tomorrow is CFG Swag, if you don't have anything CFG black and white colors will be great. POINTS 1 point for showing up and working out 1 point for dressing the theme 1 point for cheering on another class 1 point per person you bring to the workout (fan club) 5 points for top score in each workout level This workout is a tough one, but there is a version for everyone. Your score will be the time it takes you to complete this workout. There is a 15 min time cap, so if you don't finish your score will be 15:00 plus the amount of reps you had left in the workout not completed. The lower the score the better.
