For the safety of our members we have decided to remain closed on Monday February 15th. We do not want anyone getting into an accident going to and from the gym. Your health is important but it’s not worth risking the drive in bad weather. Sooo we will bring the gym to you. 

At 9am Coach Meren will be leading a Facebook live workout. You can jump on at that time and enjoy the workout alongside Meren or you can view it and do it at a later time. 

Here is the workout for those of you who workout earlier or plan to do the workout at your own pace. 

We love you guys and hope to see you soon. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for details regarding the remainder of the week and any other closures do to bad weather. 

WARM UP
3 ROUNDS
10 PUSHUPS 
10 ALTERNATING LUNGES 
10 SIT-UPS 
30 sec LIZARD STRETCH 

SKILL
5 Rounds (10 minutes)
EMOM (every minute on the minute 
ODDS - PUSHUPS 
EVENS - GLUTE BRIGES 

* Goal is to do as many reps of each exercise during the duration of the minute. You can go quick and rest or pace yourself for the full minute, your choice.  

WORKOUT
20-15-10-5
AIR SQUATS x2
BURPEES 
SITUPS x2 

*During this workout you can add weight to the air squat making it a heavy goblet squat or front squat movement. If you do a weighted front squat, do not double the reps. 

Front Squat weight optional:
White- (45/25)
Yellow- (55/35)
Orange- (65/45)
Blue- (75/55)
Purple- (85/65)
​Brown- (95/75)
Black- (115/85)

COOL DOWN STRETCH
30 sec SADDLE STRETCH 
30 sec COUCH STRETCH
30 sec COBRA STRETCH 
30 sec BUTTERFLY STRETCH
