Today we have an Interval workout. Every 2 minutes you'll do a set amount of work, and do a core hold in remaining and then rest until 2 minutes. Backpack Ground to Overheads and Shoulder Taps should remain unbroken, and smooth, on every interval, as soon as you're finished, move right into your hold position and keep your body as a single unit. Remember to breathe, but keep that core tension high. Substitute a different object, or implement for the Backpack variations as needed (sack of rice, sandbag). If you have a bar, use it. Choose a weight that you can keep excellent form with, but is enough to that it gets tough after awhile. Feel free to add or remove weight as needed during your rests.
