Breathing, breathing, breathing and ... breathing: our focus today. Stick to a 70%-80% pace throughout, with consistent movement and breathing. Take a few deep breaths at the completion of each movement before starting the next. Start on the 70% end of the spectrum on each movement before ramping it up. If you go out too fast, you will put yourself in a hole that will be hard to get out of. And don’t forget to BREATHE.
