This is a four week challenge which begins on Sept 28th and ends on Oct 25th.
You do NOT need to be a member to do the challenge, but members recieve a $20 discount! Kick off seminar at 6:30pm on Wed Sept 23rd, if you can’t come to that, we’ll record it! Pre-measurements will be scheduled sometime before the actual start of the challenge. 1-on-1 goal setting session before the challenge and a 1-on-1 post challenge session with measurements too! Private FB group just for the people doing the challenge and that’s where we’ll do a lot of the communicating. We’ll set weekly habit goals and then you’ll submit a weekly tracker so we can hold you accountable on how the goals are going! Weekly challenges and if you AND your partner participate then you’ll be entered to win some pretty cool prizes from different businesses around town! (Massages, gift cards, etc!) Mid-challenge get together on 10/10 and see if there are any specific challenges that everyone is having and get everyone pumped for the last two weeks of the challenge! The winner will be determined by results AND participation! The participation part is worth more than the results part - we have a lot of people that aren’t looking to lose a lot of weight but just want to set healthy nutrition habits! At the end you’ll have the opportunity to continue on with 1-on-1 nutrition coaching for $79 a month instead of the usual $149/month. The challenge ends right before the holidays, so hopefully we’ve all started some good habits that can continue on through the holidays!
