It's 2021, how much time, effort and how much honest ability did you put into each of your workouts? How is your nutrition, how much sleep did you get, did you you stretch and are your muscles prepared. What are your strengths, do you have weaknesses?

All this will be tested over the next three weeks. At the end of the day, just be you. Give yourself and honest go in the workout. Work hard in your workout, stay humble with your results and leave everything on the deck. Time to put in work.

It's Competition TIME!!!! Today we will battle AM against PM in the OPEN 21.1 workout. You pick the level that best represents you, pick your favorite class time and come ready to work hard and cheer on others.

THEME tomorrow is CFG Swag, if you don't have anything CFG black and white colors will be great.
POINTS
1 point for showing up and working out
1 point for dressing the theme
1 point for cheering on another class
1 point per person you bring to the workout (fan club)
5 points for top score in each workout level

This workout is a tough one, but there is a version for everyone.
Your score will be the time it takes you to complete this workout. There is a 15 min time cap, so if you don't finish your score will be 15:00 plus the amount of reps you had left in the workout not completed. The lower the score the better.

Squat Endurance Week 2
This is week 2 of our Squat Endurance progression. Weight should be getting heavier for all Levels (all variations) -- but still very doable. Reps should remain crisp & consistent through all sets -- no grinding it out this week. We still have 2 more weeks to build, so leave some room.

​Strategy & Briefing Today’s combination of movements will allow for a fast pace all the way through, as long as you can deal with the burn. Stay unbroken & smooth on the Thrusters, with a little urgency.  Keep breathing in rhythm with movement. Move straight into Situps, moving straight through & steady.  Don’t rush the Situps -- take this time to catch your breath, so you can get right back into the Thrusters. As you get closer to the end, speed up the Abmat Situps to finish strong.
