Today we have a QUALITY day -- a fun one! For Dumbbell movements, use anything with a handle or that you can hold in your hand to perform Hang Clean and Jerks. Start with a weight you know you can do unbroken throughout the 6 Rounds. Add weight as you go.
For
Prisoner Squats choose as weight that can be done unbroken, but burns by the end. A backpack works here. Keep movements smooth and consistent throughout -- this is For Quality. Rest as needed between movements and rounds to maintain quality.
