Move quickly through both movements here, but with a focus on quality. Concentrate on the rhythm and coordination of your steps, feeling the bottoms of the feet and stepping up, as opposed to pushing off with that bottom leg. Choose a weight that you can do straight through for the Step-ups, and unbroken on the Rows. Use the same weight for both, or different weights -- up to you. Both movements can be done with a backpack, Sandbag, DB, or KB -- whatever you have. Take deep breaths between sets & rounds, to control the pace and keep movement consistent.
