Quality" is a subjective term. Today it means movement quality as well as power output. Build some strength in the Glutes by moving at a decently heavy weight on the Hip Thrusts. Moving to the Bear Crawl or Handstands should be a struggle. Don’t stop moving. Lateral Bear Crawls will be a test of coordination after the Handstand Walk. Take it slow and do not fall over. Rest as needed to maintain quality. Each round, add weight as necessary on the Glute Bridge/Hip Thrusts.

Today we have a QUALITY day -- a fun one! For Dumbbell movements, use anything with a handle or that you can hold in your hand to perform Hang Clean and Jerks. Start with a weight you know you can do unbroken throughout the 6 Rounds. Add weight as you go.
For Prisoner Squats choose as weight that can be done unbroken, but burns by the end. A backpack works here. Keep movements smooth and consistent throughout -- this is For Quality. Rest as needed between movements and rounds to maintain quality. |
